New from Gunson is this windscreen installation tool set which will prove invaluable to owners of many classic cars and caravans.

Two eyes (10.5mm and 17mm) are included - these are assembled to the tool with the nylon roller and are used to fit the filler strip insert used on so many vehicles and caravans from the 1950s and ‘60s, including Triumph, Mini, MG and Jensen.

Two lipping tools are included which are used for pulling the rubber windscreen lip back over the glass or metalwork. A hex key is also included to secure the tools to the non-slip handle.

Idéal pour changer celui de ma TR4, il s'est cassé en plusieurs morceaux au démontage. Un peu de graisse pour faciliter le montage, quelques coup de maillet et l'affaire est entendue. J'ai terminé avec le jonc de finition après avoir coupé à bonne longueur, c'est parfait.

Purchased for my mk2 gt6. The quality of the rubber was good and it was all moulded to the correct shape. I’d advise heating it up just a little with a hairdryer just to soften it a bit and hold its shape on the frame. Otherwise I’m pleased.

Finishing trim for new windscreen gasket in early 62 TR4, had my doubts when it arrived but installs easy and looks great. Piece is plastic strip with aluminium-coloured surface looks metallic when installed. Comes with about 10 cm excess so cut to fit with hacksaw blade and slip on small finisher piece.
