Retooled from scratch by Rimmer Bros to a very high standard, offering a superb fit. The pressings are continuously seam welded and the tank is pressure tested to modern standards.

Direct replacement for MK1 & MK2 Stag & 2000/2500 Estate models - (UK & European specification without evaporative loss systems)

If fitting to a Mk1 Stag which currently has a long filler neck type tank, replacement filler hose 158557 will be required, as the Mk1 filler hose is shorter.

For export vehicles with an evaporative loss system, tank modifications will be required to suit the application as this tank does not include any connections for emission control.

Please Note: There is no provision for a drain plug in the base of this tank.

Replacement for original leaking tank on my 1972 triumph stag. I have parts cars, but why replace an old tank with another old tank? This new tank provides peace of mind, and that is well worth the price. I have relied on Rimmer Brothers for quality replacement parts for all of my Stag and Spitfire cars, and have never been disappointed.
