We use only top quality Cupro Nickel tubing manufactured in Great Britain specifically for braking systems which is Eddy current tested to EN1971, cleanliness to EN12449/12451 which exceeds BLS.30.JC.101. and conforms importantly to DIN74234.
The materials have been tested beyond 10,000psi, double the SAE pressure standard.

Please shape using a brake pipe bending tool (RX2257 , RX2446 ) make sure you do not to crimp or trap the pipe when fitting.

Installed on a Triumph Stag. Had to clean up the line fittings as they had expanded and wouldn't fit in the connections. A case of over tightening before I think
