These little tinkers have caused many heated discussions over the years. The long thin tag used on the inner front wings and wheel arches was part number 603559. Fact: It was ‘T’ shaped. Fact: The item was redesigned 13th January 1978 and was then no longer shaped.

Product Description

Triumph TR4-250 Rear Deck
The forward sections of the rear deck assembly on the TR4 differ from those on the TR4A, TR5 and TR250.  The difference is cosmetic: the cockpit-side face of each forward section is straight, whereas on the later cars this face is planished back slightly (but noticeably) to clear the later hood and frame design.  Since only the later forward sections are available, it is preferable to fit them in pairs on a TR4 to avoid a glaring mismatch.
