Shipping

We use quality carriers!

Royal Mail's first class post service is used for small packages being sent within the UK, and UPS (the world's leading carrier), for most of our larger domestic and the majority of our overseas parcels.

This provides customers with the best possible service available.

Orders placed on our web site will be despatched as soon as practically possible, using the most cost effective method. If your parts are required urgently and you would prefer a priority delivery service, please select the 'Express' option in the order cart and we will do the rest. Express orders are prioritised in our warehouse. Please note that your first order must be delivered to the card holders registered address.

Our web site automatically calculates the shipping cost based on the weight of the goods. For large / bulky parts (eg body panels) there is sometimes an additional packing charge. We try to minimise this where possible.

Once your order is shipped, we will email confirmation to you.

United Kingdom
Shipping charges (including packaging & handling) are calculated on the weight of the consignment (and volume if large/bulky item) and the desired shipping method (Standard or Express).

All prices below subject to change.

Post (up to 1.5kg) from £2.25 (+ vat) Carrier from £9.95 (+ vat) Supplements are applied to Next Day, Saturday, Royal Mail Special Delivery and out of area rural destinations including Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands.

Any quoted delivery times are for 'Working Days' from despatch and exclude weekends and bank holidays. All delivery times are guides, no guarantees can be given. Certain large or bulky items may incur additional packing charges. Please note that the delivery driver may need assistance to unload large/heavy items - Please advise if special delivery arrangements are required.

Overseas
Worldwide (Non EU Countries)

We started exporting parts worldwide in 1982 and since then we have gained an excellent reputation for our speed and efficiency of service. Delivery costs are based on size, weight and method of delivery. We have discounted rates with well known carriers, so costs are kept to a minimum. Please note that costs are calculated by carriers on both actual and dimensional weights and the higher is charged. Please note that any local import duty, taxes or customs clearance are not included in our prices and must be paid by you.

EU Countries
The European Union Single Market permits the free movement of goods between all EU countries. This allows us to provide a superb service to all our customers within the EU, with the benefits of improved delivery - via lower charges and easier documentation. Deliveries can be easily arranged using air or surface transport.

Overseas orders placed on our web site will be despatched using the most cost effective method available. The shipping charge is applied separately to the order prior to despatch. If you have any special delivery requirements or would like a quotation for delivery, please indicate your requirements in the 'Order Comments' box on the 'Billing and Shipping' page.

Please check your parcels
When you sign for a parcel being delivered, please inspect it carefully. If it has suffered in transit, you can mark the delivery note "Parcel Damaged", before signing, or even refuse delivery in serious cases. We do of course pack carefully and strongly to help avoid these problems! Some deliveries involve more than one parcel - please check that all have been received.

We must be advised within 48 hours of delivery of any shortages or damaged goods.

Loss In Transit
If your parcel does not arrive, we have to establish our claim with the carriers concerned before we can send a replacement consignment. This can sometimes be a lengthy process, and if your part is needed urgently, a second order can be paid for to save time. We refund one of your orders as soon as the carriers clear our claim.
