Front Hub & Suspension Overhaul Kits

Front Suspension Leg Overhaul Kit;
Supplied with either Standard, Spax, Koni or Gaz Strut Inserts.
1 Kit required per vehicle.
All models except 2500S -
Standard - (1) - RM8252
Spax - (1) - RM8252SPAX
Koni - (1) - RM8252KONI
Gaz - (1) - RM8252GAZ
2500S Models only -
Standard - (1) - RM8253
Spax - (1) - RM8253SPAX
Koni - (1) - RM8253KONI
Gaz - (1) - RM8253GAZ

One overhaul kit contains all the following parts:-
2 road springs, 2 inserts (as required), 2 lower insulators (157136), 2 upper insulators (139160), 2 gaiters (138748), 4 gaiter ties (BMK1900), 2 mountings (138876), 2 seat pans (133546), 2 sleeves (138599), 2 bearings (138598), 4 thrust washers (138600), 2 washers (138601), 2 washers (138906), 2 castle nuts (LN2213) & 2 split pins (PC13).

Front Hub & Axle Overhaul Kit;
1 Kit required per vehicle.
Manual Steering - (1) - RM8078
Power Steering - (1) - RS1465

One overhaul kit contains all the following parts:-
2 new hubs (151081), 2 stub axles (154474), 2 vertical links (209344), 2 tie rods), and 2 front hub bearing kits (GHK1016).

Suspension Bush & Bolt Kits

Front & Rear Suspension Bush Kit;
1 Kit required per vehicle.
Standard Bushes - (1) - RM8072
Hard Bushes - (1) - RM8072H
As standard but with 'hard' trailing arm bushes.
Polyurethane Bushes - (1) - RM8072POLY
Note: Rear subframe bushes are standard material.

Our bush kit contains all the following parts:-
2 track arm bushes, 4 drag strut bushes, 2 anti-roll bar bushes, 4 rear trailing arm bushes and 2 rear subframe bushes.

Front & Rear Suspension Bolt Kit;
1 Kit required per vehicle.
All Models - (1) - RM8072BK
Use with Bush Kit RM8072.

Our bolt kit contains sufficient nuts, bolts & washers to install Bush Kit RM8072.

Road Spring Pack;
1 Kit required per vehicle.
Kits are supplied with standard material insulators.
Saloon -
All Models except 2500S - (1) - RM8207
2500S Models only - (1) - RM8091

Estate -
All Models - (1) - RM8080

Our spring kit contains all the following parts:-
2 Front road springs, 2 lower insulators (157136), 2 upper insulators (139160), 2 Rear road springs, and 4 insulators (138823).

Front Insert & Rear Shock Absorber Pack;
1 Kit required per vehicle.
All Models -
Standard Insert/Shock Absorbers - (1) - RS2006
Spax Inserts/Shock Absorbers - (1) - RS2006SPAX
Koni Inserts/Shock Absorbers - (1) - RS2006KONI
Gaz Inserts/Shock Absorbers - (1) - RS2006GAZ

One kit contains all the following parts:-
2 Front strut inserts (Standard, Spax, Koni or GAZ), 2 Rear shock absorbers (Standard, Spax, Koni or GAZ).

Road Springs + Front Insert & Rear Shock Absorber Pack;
1 Kit required per vehicle.
Supplied with either Standard, Spax, Koni or Gaz shock absorbers.
Kits are supplied with standard material rubbers/insulators.
