Stag interior Trim Original trim specification & availability The Stag was officially launched at the Earls Court Motor Show in October 1970, and production continued for seven years when the the very last Stag Mk2 rolled of the production line in June 1977. Consequently, original factory trim in mint condition is, to say the least, something of a rarity, which poses quite a few problems for those owners who wish to restore their classic Stag to as original showroom condition. All is not lost .... for possible availability of 1-off items of original trim please phone our sales line, or, you can take advantage of our re-manufactured trim ... Re-Manufactured Trim To overcome this problem we can supply virtually the entire range of Stag Interior trim items, either as complete kits or individual parts, and if you prefer something a little bit more luxurious, you can specify your new trim in Leather. Although Mk1 Stags were only trimmed in Black, Tan, Shadow Blue & Red, and, Mk2 Stags Black, Beige, Chestnut & Shadow Blue (early Mk2), we offer all colour variations for both Mk1 & Mk2 models. So, if you would prefer a Mk2 trimmed in Tan, or Mk1 trimmed in Chestnut, then it is possible ... providing you purchase the relevant complete interior trim kit. Re-Trim Service Where we are unable to re-manufacture/supply certain items of trim - due to lack of original tooling and/or patterns, we offer a comprehensive re-trim service on your own interior trim items. And, for those of you who are contemplating a complete (even non-standard) re-trim, then we also offer a bespoke trim service. Phone for details. Parts Listings & Part Numbers We are a company dedicated to preserving the Triumph marque, and to that end we will endeavour, wherever possible, to re-introduce Interior Trim items that are currently unobtainable. Throughout this section we have retained - wherever possible, the original factory part numbering system, this will prove useful if you are using our catalogue in conjunction with a BL parts book, and help you identify the trim fitted to your vehicle, you never know, the previous owner(s) may have done their own re-trim! Although on occasions we have listed RH & LH items individually (with their own part number), we strongly recommend you fit all trim items in pairs or vehicle sets to ensure a colour match. There are a few exceptions due to manufacturing restrictions, where parts are only available in pairs or vehicle sets. Has The Previous Owner Changed The Seats? Before you order any seat trim, please ensure that your seat frame/trim is as specified by the factory. Remember Your trim may well be over 30 years old, so it will probably have faded in the sun (even in England, or more likely colour washed with the rain!). If you are replacing the seat covers don’t forget to check the seat frame, fittings etc. If they are old & tired, or broken, they really won’t compliment your new trim, especially if you’re considering Leather seat covers.

By purchasing one of our trim kits, not only are you assured of ordering everything you need, but they also cost less than if you bought the corresponding items individually! What models do we have kits for? We have kits for both Mk1 & Mk2 models, RHD or LHD, UK/Europe and USA specification. Trim Type & Colour Our interior trim kits (inc Leather) are available in all the colours as originally specified by the factory - apart from Grey. Standard material colours available are; Black, Tan, Shadow Blue, Chestnut and Beige. This is what our kits contain. 2 (Mk2 style) door trim panels* (including back boards, but Less armrests), carpet set, parcel tray (less crash roll), draught excluder (black only), 4 front seat covers (inc seat backboard and, headrest trim cover if applicable), 'B' post trim covers, rear 1/4 trim (cubby) panels, 'T' bar cover, 2 rear seat covers (cushion/base & squab/back) and hood stowage cover & foam. *SPECIAL NOTE: Mk1 Door Trim Panels Due to the complexity of re-producing original Mk1 type backing boards for the Mk1 Stag door trim panels, we are only able to supply complete trim panels to the later Mk2 design & specification, which are virtually identical and fully interchangeable with Mk1 panels.
