Front Hub & Front Suspension Overhaul Kits


Kits are supplied with standard material insulators.

Front Suspension Leg Overhaul Kit;
with Standard inserts - (1) - RS2009
with Spax inserts - (1) - RS2009SPAX
with Koni inserts - (1) - RS2009KONI
One overhaul kit contains all the following parts:
2 road springs (215158), 2 inserts (as required), 2 lower insulators (157136), 2 upper insulators (139160), 2 gaiters (138748), 4 gaiter ties (BMK1900), 2 mountings (138876), 2 seat pans (133546), 2 sleeves (138599), 2 bearings (138598), 4 thrust washers (138600), 2 washers (138601), 2 washers (138906), 2 castle nuts (LN2213) & 2 split pins (PC13).

Front Hub & Axle Overhaul Kit


1 kit required per vehicle.
Overhaul kit - (1) - RS1465
One overhaul kit contains all the following parts:
2 new hubs (151081), 2 stub axles (154474), 2 vertical links (209344), 2 tie rods (215210 & 215211), and 2 front hub bearing kits (GHK1016).

Suspension Bush & Bolt Kits



Front & Rear Suspension Bush Kit;
Only 1 kit required per vehicle.
with Standard bushes - (1) - RS2010
with Hard Rear Trailing arm bushes - (1) - RS2010HARD
with Polyurethane bushes - (1) - RS2010POLY
Rear subframe bushes are standard material.
Our bush kit contains all the following parts:
2 track arm bushes (138885), 4 drag strut bushes (138143) 2 anti-roll bar bushes (123998), 4 rear trailing arm bushes (137599) and 2 rear subframe bushes (150382).

Front & Rear Suspension Bolt Kit;
Only 1 kit required per vehicle.
Bolt kit - (1) - RS2011
Our bolt kit contains all the following parts:
2 bolts (BH608221), 4 nuts (GHF275), 2 Bolts (BH607201), 2 washers (WL600071), 2 'U' bolts (154325),4 washers (GHF301), 2 nuts (GHF224), 4 bolts (BH607321), 8 nuts (GHF222), 4 washers (WC600071), 6 nuts (GHF274), 2 bolts (256007) and 4 setscrews (SH605071).

1 kit required per vehicle.
Kits are supplied with standard material insulators.
Spring kit - (1) - RS2007
Our spring kit contains all the following parts:
2 Front road springs (215158), 2 lower insulators (157136), 2 upper insulators (139160), 2 Rear road springs (216104), and 4 insulators (138823).

Front Insert & Rear Shock Absorber Pack
1 Kit required per vehicle.
with Standard Inserts/shock absorbers - (1) - RS2006
with Spax Inserts/shock absorbers - (1) - RS2006SPAX
with Koni Inserts/shock absorbers - (1) - RS2006KONI
One kit contains all the following parts:
2 Front strut inserts (Standard, Spax, or Koni) & 2 Rear shock absorbers (Standard, Spax, or Koni).

Road Springs + Front Insert & Rear Shock Absorber Pack
1 Kit required per vehicle.
Kits are supplied with standard material rubbers/insulators.
with Standard Inserts/shock absorbers - (1) - RS2008
with Spax Inserts/shock absorbers - (1) - RS2008SPAX
with Koni Inserts/shock absorbers - (1) - RS2008KONI
One kit contains all the following parts:
2 Front road springs (215158), 2 lower insulators (157136), 2 upper insulators (139160), 2 front strut gaiters (138748), 4 gaiter ties (BMK1900) and 2 Front strut inserts (Standard, Spax, or Koni), plus, 2 Rear road springs (216104), 4 insulators (138823), and 2 Rear shock absorbers (Standard, Spax, or Koni).
