    Sales Supervisor

    To support our increasing sales, we now require an additional Sales Supervisor to join our team.
    The successful candidate will jointly supervise a sales team of 20 within a busy call centre and counter sales environment, ensuring a helpful, accurate, fast and efficient service is provided to our customers worldwide.

    The role;
    Lead and motivate a team of 20 employees daily.
    Monitor, maintain and improve staff performance, accuracy and efficiency.
    Manage and prioritise staff according to business volumes.
    Recommend and deliver process improvements.
    Ensure compliance with all H&S procedures and legislation.
    Provide training, guidance and coaching.
    Have a basic working knowledge of cars.

    Car Parts Sales Advisor

    Applicants must have a car parts department background, a technical knowledge of cars and be able to identify parts (test given), together with a good, polite telephone manner. Sales and computer systems training will be given. Opportunity to travel with exhibition team and work in a modern air conditioned office with pension scheme, death in service benefit and staff purchase discount.

    Trainee Car Parts Sales Advisor

    We require two trainee car parts advisors to gain an understanding of all systems within our operation. Ideally applicants will have interest in cars and have completed a City & Guilds level 2 course relating to Motor Vehicle repair.

      Warehouse Assistant

    To support our increasing sales, we now require an additional Warehouse Person to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will join a warehouse team of approx 30 employees within a busy, mail order environment. Ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and providing a professional and efficient Goods-in, Storage, Picking, Packing and Despatch service to customers worldwide focusing on speed and accuracy.

    Duties will include;
    Storage, Picking, Packing and Despatch of our full range of vehicle parts.

    Skills & Experience;
    Be able to work under pressure and meet strict despatch deadlines. Be able to work on your own initiative and be self motivated. You must be able to demonstrate a methodical yet flexible approach to warehouse work, have attention to detail and a can-do attitude

    Experience in any of the following areas is required:
    Computerised, “wireless” warehouse experience. HHT and barcode picking and put-away techniques.
    Automotive or industrial parts picking / packing or distribution involving circa 60,000 stock codes.
    Packing automotive parts to export standard. From nuts and bolts, to full cars.

    Accuracy and attention to detail essential

    Car Part knowledge an advantage

    Parts identification test will be given

    This is a permanent position based at our Lincoln warehouse. Normal hours will be approx 41 hours over 5 days per week. Approx 08:00 – 17:30. After an initial period, this will include Saturday working.
